Commercial
Mesa Verde Estates — Durango, Colorado. Mesa Verde Estates is an assisted living community near Mercy Regional Medical Center and Three Springs. SET Engineering designed access, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, and site circulation so residents, visitors, and emergency vehicles can move safely around the campus. Landscape-based stormwater features (rain gardens, swales, detention) are part of the civil work.
Hoodoo Hotel — Moab, Utah. Hoodoo Hotel and Casitas is a multi-phase hospitality site in Moab. SET supported original hotel civil design, later casita infrastructure, construction administration, and pool-area drainage. Work included grading, detention, utilities, parking, and phasing so the hotel could operate while later lodging came online.
Durango Hot Springs — Durango, Colorado. Civil grading, drainage, utilities, ADA access, and parking for Durango Hot Springs. SET coordinated with the project architects and landscape architects so the resort sits cleanly on the site and remains accessible for guests.
Residential
Arroyo Crossing — Grand County, Utah. Arroyo Crossing is a master-planned residential community in Grand County. SET has supported master planning, major infrastructure, construction administration, and civil design for individual tracts, including affordable multifamily and cottage housing and regional stormwater. The work keeps roads, utilities, and drainage consistent as the community builds out in phases.
Glacier Club — Durango, Colorado. Ongoing civil engineering for Glacier Club, a master-planned residential community in Durango. SET’s work includes lot site design, roads, and community infrastructure as the neighborhood continues to develop.
